FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $200. Merchandise total must reach $200 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping.
Orders qualifying for FREE shipping promotions are shipped via Ground Shipping service.
FREE shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and over sized packages.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard orders within the continental USA are shipped via USPS.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email that includes a USPS tracking number and link, so you can track your order status.
Shipping to an address other than your billing address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to verify your address. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.
Return & Exchange Policy
Did something go wrong with your order? You’ve received a faulty product or meant to order a different item? First off, we’re sorry to hear that, but let’s make things right ASAP! Montage Nail Supplies offers a 21-day return policy allowing for full refund or exchange!
If you experience any shipment issues – such as damage, shortage, or discrepancy -, please let us know within 3 business days, and always keep the original packaging of your order including boxes and wrapping materials. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Montage Nail Supplies products are sold for professional use only.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
